I am a former doctor and epidemiologist - turned- life and health coach.

I myself struggled with weight during menopause

despite my extensive health and scientific knowledge.

I now help women use the process and tools that truly

help you master your weight.

Mastering weight for me means making weight

no longer an issue in our lives so that we can use

our time and energy for the things that truly matter to us.

Eating nourishing food that you enjoy

I did not want to accept that maintaining my weight was no longer possible, or that I had to accept a size that did not feel right.

Health was my job. I did not lack health or nutrition knowledge.

Science was my job. I could sift through the often contradictory scientific advice selecting only what made sense and was helpful. I knew that the latest discoveries are not necessarily the most helpful ones to follow.

The true knowledge gap is in knowing how to eat consistently eat what we already know is healthy and good for us.

Until then, I had simply accepted that this is who I was, unable to change.

I found out it is not true.

I found out we can learn to change just as you learn any other skill. There are methods and processes that help you achieve it.

These are the tools and knowledge I wished I had as a doctor.

I now help women who struggle with weight go through the same process.
